1. No Refunds for Digital Products

Because our products are non‑tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge this policy and agree that all sales are final.


2. Exceptions — Defective or Missing Files

If a file is corrupted, missing, or not accessible, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at dizzylofibusiness@gmail.com.
We will promptly provide a replacement download link or otherwise resolve the issue.


3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please provide proof of duplicate charges.
We’ll verify and issue a refund for the duplicate order.
